Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the National Landscape Management LLC website at accessnlm.com, our client portal, and all services provided by NLM. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Description

Service-related SMS notifications for NLM clients including appointment confirmations, service completion alerts, schedule changes, billing updates, and responses to service requests.

How to Opt In

By completing the proposal request form at accessnlm.com/#contact with the SMS consent checkbox selected, or by signing a service agreement with NLM that includes SMS communications consent.

Message Frequency

Varies based on your active service agreement and property activity. Typically 2–6 messages per week during active service periods.

Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details.

How to Opt Out

Reply STOP to any message from NLM at any time. You will receive one final confirmation and no further SMS messages will be sent.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Services

NLM provides commercial landscape maintenance services including grounds maintenance, irrigation service and repair, fertilization programs, seasonal color installation, mulch and bed care, and property reporting. All services, pricing, and scope of work are defined in your individual service agreement.

Client Portal Access

Clients with portal access agree to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and to notify NLM immediately of any unauthorized access.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NLM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services beyond what is covered under your written service agreement.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Horry County, South Carolina.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
